Good staff and location, I loved it. There was a magnificent restaurant with amazing meals.

Big size and fairly clean hotel, location was IDEAL near beach, the sea, the pier. Everything was great, even so a few employees were very rude.

Everything was simply perfect. Beautiful unit with a comfortable decor. The staff were welcoming, offered impeccable services.

Location and rooms were great, I liked every detail...

we loved the honest staff and the location was picturesque. breakfast had yummy choices and there were breads, cereal and cheese. airy units with a large bathroom.

Location was optimal, nicely appointed place to stay. All the staff was approaching and we had a simple check in. Well cleaned and freshly decorated units with nice decoration.

The property is fairly clean, has very good staff and location.

The hotel was very peaceful, and we got a unique room. It's the first place where staff was always available. Variety of options for breakfast including cereal, cheese, bread and coffee. The service in the property was excellent too.

Facilities were fantastic, even so internet connection was low.

Enjoyable position, ideal room, impeccable staff. Reasonably priced breakfast, efficient service. Excellent access to the sandy beach as it was located near the coast.

We thoroughly enjoyed reception, it was inviting. The location was practical close to the beach & peer. The view was cute, the staff was absolutely perfect. Food was AFFORDABLE and affordable.

It was the best stay. Beautifully kept property, tidy, its staff and location where fab. Rocky beach near the place. Tiled bathroom, exceptionally comfortable bed, excellent bedroom. Nice garden and well-maintained pool area.

Outstandingly accommodating staff, immaculate and lovely room, brilliant location.

The breakfast was fine there, the beds were nice, all you need for a very pleasant stay. Incredible view of ocean. Lots of slices of fresh bread, coffee, meats, cereal and cheese at breakfast. Tidy own beach, that was what we really enjoyed. Fabulous facilities and the pool was very clean. Beautifully maintained rooms overall and great value for the money🙂

It had okay rooms and marvellous position. The personnel was HELPFUL. There's a great selection of restaurants to choose from, like el hermoso mar, set within 10 minutes walk or so.

Location and staff, everything was great. Magnificent ocean views. Fortunately, free Wi Fi was available.

Friendly staff & perfect location, everything was beautiful. Before bed I went to ideal bar & grill for a nightcap, it's next to the hotel. Moreover, it had free Wi Fi throughout the property. Can recommend for everyone.

Marvelous position in front of santa cruz wharf. Sky Glider is just a short distance away.

Westside Santa Cruz district definitely deserves exploring. We liked our time at the hotel, thank you...
